Counselor Tina is dedicated to you and works closely with you to achieve mental health balance in your life. Are you constantly worrying, feeling hopeless, lacking motivation, unsure how to navigate a relationship, or overwhelmed by what life is throwing at you right now? Have you experienced trauma in your life? Trauma can be paralyzing and can negatively impact our relationships, mood, and ability to cope in challenging environments. Our practice employs an integrative approach, utilizing multiple therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  Mind-body approaches are also integrated into the counseling when they make sense for the client.

Couples Counseling

All Couples are welcome

Couples Session (80-85 minutes): $150 ea.

Couples counseling involves an intimate sharing of oneself with your partner. The session is used to focus on the couple's needs and shared goals. The counselor employs supportive, structured conversations to help partners enhance communication, explore patterns, and discover new ways to connect through self-exploration and emotional co-regulation. Conflict resolution, areas of disconnection, and ongoing concerns are themes often addressed in couples counseling.

Individual Counseling

Adolescents, Adults, Seniors

Initial Intake (85-90 minutes): $150

Follow Up/Established Clients (50-55 minutes): $125 ea.

Individual Counseling is a designated time focused on your needs, goals, and mental health balance. A one-on-one conversation that is supportive, with the counselor using reflective skills and questions to help the client explore their thoughts moving towards better clarity and insight. Individual sessions move at a pace that is right for the client. Practical skills and tools are shared with the client throughout sessions. The client will often receive practice items to take home in between sessions.

Group Support

Topics Vary

Group Size: 6-10 ppl on average

Group Support Session (90 minutes): $25 ea.

Support groups are conducted in a confidential space with ground rules that promote mutual respect of other participants. Individuals facing similar challenges share their experiences, helping to inspire and empower others. The counselor guides the discussion, ensuring individuals have the opportunity to share what is on their mind. Group support often helps reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation, knowing that others have had similar experiences and feel understood. Group support helps improve communication skills, enhance relationships with others, and navigate interpersonal challenges.
